In-house powder coating
Every grille, register, and diffuser is powder coated in our own facility — not outsourced. Electrostatic spray application with high-temperature curing delivers a durable, even finish that resists scratching, chipping, and UV degradation. Standard white RAL 9010, or custom colors from our 300+ RAL library.

What sizes of ceiling diffusers do you manufacture?▾
We manufacture diffusers for all standard US and metric ceiling grids: 24×24" (595×595 mm), 24×12" (595×295 mm), 12×12" (295×295 mm), and 48×24" (1195×595 mm). Neck sizes range from 6" to 18" diameter. Custom sizes are available with 500-piece MOQ. All diffusers include adjustable pattern controllers and collar-to-plenum connection hardware.
Do your grilles meet US building codes?▾
Yes. Our grilles, registers, and diffusers are manufactured to ASHRAE, SMACNA, and AMCA standards. Products carry UL listing (one of only 3 Chinese HVAC manufacturers), CE marking for European markets, and M1 fire resistance certification for French building codes. Material and finish meet ASTM E84 flame spread requirements.
Can you match Titus or Price Industries specifications?▾
Yes. We regularly produce GRD products to match Titus, Price Industries, Krueger, and MetalAire specifications. Send us the specification sheet or part number you need matched, and our engineering team will confirm compatibility and provide pricing. We can match dimensions, airflow characteristics, and finish quality.
What finishes are available?▾
Standard finish is white electrostatic powder coat (RAL 9010 or 9003). We also offer: custom RAL colors (300+ options), anodized aluminum, brushed stainless steel, and primed/unfinished for field painting. Custom finishes add 5-7 days to production. ASTM E84 and powder coating specifications are available on request.
What is a typical order for a stocking distributor?▾
A typical first order is one 40ft HC container with a mix of top-selling diffusers, registers, and grilles in standard white finish. This usually includes: 24×24 square diffusers (6-14" necks), sidewall registers (10×6 through 14×8), and return air grilles (24×24 and 14×8). We provide a recommended stocking mix based on your market. Reorder containers ship monthly.
